Any reference to ‘you’, ’your’ and ‘user’ refers to you as a user of the mobile application or any available online platforms. And any reference to ‘BaziLabPro, ‘we’, ’our’ and ‘us’ refers to Ingawati (BaziLabPro’s developer) as the provider of the Services of the mobile application or any available online platforms. We reserve the right to update our Terms of Use & Privacy Policy without notice. And we have the right at any time to change or discontinue any part or feature of the mobile application.
Our app collects and processes certain personal data necessary to deliver and secure our services. The data we collect includes:
● Email Address: Used to create accounts, identify users, authenticate access, and manage subscription statuses.
● User Identifier (UID): A unique, pseudonymous identifier generated via Firebase Authentication (including Sign in with Apple) to securely manage user accounts, permissions, and subscription records.
● Device Identifier: Collected to support core app functionality, technical troubleshooting, and security monitoring such as preventing unauthorized access and detecting fraudulent use.
● Crash and Diagnostic Logs: Automatically collected via Firebase Crashlytics and Sentry to diagnose technical bugs and improve app stability (see "Crash Reporting" below).
This data is processed strictly for core functional and security purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share personal user data with third parties for cross-app tracking, targeted advertising, or marketing. Data is only shared with infrastructure providers (such as Google Firebase and Sentry) as necessary to operate the application.
Purpose: Device identifiers are collected solely to support security, prevent fraudulent multi device abuse, and assist in technical support.
Retention: Device identifiers are stored securely and tied to the user's account. They are permanently deleted when the associated user account is deleted.
We utilize Firebase Crashlytics and Sentry to automatically gather diagnostic crash reports when an error occurs. Reports may contain device technical specifications (model, OS version, app version), device identifiers, and system states at the time of the crash. This data is used exclusively to fix stability issues and is never utilized for advertising or tracking.
All user data is stored securely using Google Firebase cloud infrastructure in compliance with industry standard security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Users have the right to initiate the permanent deletion of their account and associated data at any time directly within the app's Profile Settings menu.
● Immediate Purge & Token Revocation: Upon confirming account deletion, your user credentials, database records (including email, UID, and device ID), and authentication records are permanently erased from our primary databases. Additionally, for users who registered via Sign in with Apple, our servers invoke Apple's authorization revocation API to un-link your Apple ID token from our application.
● Apple Active Subscriptions: Deleting your app account wipes your account data immediately but does not automatically cancel an active Apple auto-renewing subscription. Because all billing is managed directly by Apple, users with active subscriptions should manage or cancel their subscription via iOS Settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) to prevent future charges.

We process personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our services. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this removes software restrictions imposed by the official operating system and could make your device vulnerable to malware or compromise its security features, and may cause the app to malfunction. The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions.
